I love to eat Oysters

I love to eat oysters or Gulf oysters when I was still in Philippines I always go to the market in Bayawan. And buy some oysters to cook, my mother is a good cook and she cooked oysters in different ways. I like the way she cook the oyster I tell you it was very good oysters I ever tasted. I did not know what something did she use to cook the oysters but it was very yummy. Now, I'm here in US and I missed my mother's cooking. Wish I could bring her here to stay with us so that she could continue to cook my favorite oysters. I missed her cooking a lot and that oysters she cooked for me one time made me crave them more.

These delightful mollusks provide a low calorie protein 1 that are an excellent source of zinc, vitamin B-12, and omega-3 fatty acids 2. Oysters is good for our body but just don't eat it raw or undercooked because it may cause individual to have serious illness or even death from Vibrio vulnificus bacteria. If you have liver disease, diabetes or a weak immune system, you should avoid raw oysters. Want to know more information about Post-harvest process?
