*This is the recipe I used to cook pancit bihon* If you wanna try it just feel free to copy the recipe.
First Prepare:
1/2 lbs chicken breast & 1/4 lbs shoulder pork cut into small pices.1/4 lbs shrimp shelled, leaving tail on, butterflied,. 1 medium carrot cut into strips,.1/2 lb cabbage, shredded.
1 medium onion, shredded,.2 green onion, chopped,.2 cooked eggs, shelled and quartered.
Getting ready:
1. soaked 8 oz bihon (rice sticks)in warm water for 15 minutes and then drains.
2. Bihon sauce: Dissolving 1 package of rice sticks sauce mix in 2 cups of water in a medium size bowl, mix well.
Cooking direction:
Heat the wok then add 3 tbsp oil. Stir fry the meat until it done. Add the shrimps, vegetable; Stir fry for 1 minutes; move them aside.
Add bihon sauce into the wok with the remain oil, bring to a boil, add bihon, cook, stirring until bihon is tender, add more water if mixture become too dry before noodle are done.
Add stir-fry meat, shrimps, vegetable to the noodle, lightly toss to mix together. Remove and serve. Garnish with green onion and quartered eggs.
